Expand your network, learn new skills, and be a leader in the industry
OIWC’s programs are only possible thanks to the creative energy and talent of our amazing volunteers. The 20 members of the Board of Directors, 50 members of program committees, and dozens of women who help out at tradeshow booths or with projects throughout the year work together to determine OIWC’s long-term goals and vision at the strategic level, plus implement the programs on the operational level.
Now is your opportunity to help lead women’s professional development programs in the outdoor industry while expanding your network and learning new skills. OIWC is in need of new volunteers in the key roles listed below. To learn more or to volunteer, complete the volunteer form or contact sgrimes@oiwc.org or 720-249-2524.
NOTE: Most urgent needs are in bold.
Sponsorship Committee
Are you a buyer or in sales? Volunteer for OIWC’s sponsorship committee, and as you work with your contacts in the industry talk about OIWC’s mission and programs. Help us reach more companies and bring them on board as sponsors, plus, make new contacts for your job as you meet with industry companies about OIWC sponsorship. Every employee of a sponsor company receives a free membership, so ultimately you will be helping us reach more women in the industry.
