The OIWC is the only organization working to equip women to succeed in the Outdoor Industries.  Our Career Center transcends the typical job board, as it is THE place women in the Outdoor Industries search for a new position. 
 
Here, the OIWC provides the Outdoor Industries a career site where candidates with a passion for the outdoors connect with the top brands in Bike, Snow, Outdoor and Adventure Travel.

• Subscribe to our Career Center updates, which will automatically let you know when new positions that fit your criteria are posted.  (Click on the 'Subscribe' iink above.)
• Add your resume to your OIWC membership profile so companies can find you easily.

• Search OIWC member resumes
• Submit an opening by clicking the link above. Be sure you are logged in as an OIWC member if you want to be able to access or edit it later!
  
• Submitting payment: Either before or after you submit your opening, submit your payment online by selecting the appropriate amount below. We will not publicize your opening until payment has been received. (If you are a Gold Plus, Gold, or Silver sponsor, we will approve your listing automatically.) • Editing your position after you have submitted it: In order to edit your position after you have posted it, you must be logged in as an OIWC member when you originally submit it. Then, you can access all of your postings by going to 'My Career Postings' in your Member Profile.
