Are your women satisfied? Are you satisfied?

That’s what OIWC wanted to find out. This fall, with the help of Leisure Trends Group, women in the outdoor industries were surveyed to get their views on career opportunities, compensation and benefits.

Hundreds of women in the bike, snow and outdoor industries shared their thoughts on how they were compensated, how satisfied they were with their salary and benefits,

and the intangibles that make their organization a great place to work.
